I just talked with Larry about this stuff, and I made some notes:

The pixel he checked is the third row from the bottom and second column 
from the left, if you open the fits file with ds9.

Each row of the excel file is a SHARC-II sample.

The columns in the excel file are defined as follows:

A  az error (arcsec)
B  el error (arcsec)
C  chopper position (arcsec)
D  L or R beam? (nominal)
E  raw signal
F  chop state
G  weighted chop state
H  weighted raw signal
I  result of chop demodulation
J  average L, average R, and associated errors
K  final results for this file
