Hiroko's analysis of IRAS 20126

- Hiroko still needs to do reduced chi-squared analysis

- pointing: John suggests that "by eye" inspections can help discriminate between method 1 and method 2

- background subtraction: John suggests looking at plots of bg levels, and perhaps throwing away outliers

- Hiroko has tried John's -idl option, but has not paid close attention to this output.  However, the option 
does seem to produce output

- John notes that if remote graphical output is a problem one can instead study the "bg.out" file (or 
similmar name)

- All agree that the evidence for improvement in the map after background subtraction is not too clear from 
the posted maps.  Giles suggests posting fits files corresponding to all maps in the memo

- Giles suggests documenting which polsharp4 options were used

- all agree that agreement of bins is convincing!

- Giles asks if "bins" are sequential in time: answer is that they are not

- Giles suggests documenting files used and files omitted, and giving reasons for omission of files
