HWP rotation and read-outs are confirmed to be working.


SHARC-II alignments
   - Files 045821 (exit aperture) and 045822 (entrance aperture).
   - sharcslice was used to make images of the array.
   - fitgauss was used to find the centroids below:
   - exit center:     X = 16.23, Y = 6.53  (off-center by 0.3, 0.0 pixels)
   - entrance center: X = 16.89, Y = 6.48  (off-center by 0.4, 0.0 pixels)
   - no chnages made to SHARC-II alignment

SHARP alignment:
    - File 045825 = entrance aperture
    - File 045826 = exit aperture

    - Centroid offsets from nominal center for exit from fitgauss:
      H = (0.77 L, 0.22 U)
      V = (0.58 L, 0.34 U)
      HV mis-alignment at exit: 0.19 LR, 0.12 UD  pixels

    - Centroid offsets from nominal center for entrance from fitgauss:
      H = (0.34 L, 0.19 U)
      V = (0.64 L, 0.03 U)
      HV mis-alignment at entrance: 0.30 LR, 0.16 UD  pixels
      
    - Parallelism: H = 0.22 LR, 0.02 UD  pixels
      		   V = 0.03 LR, 0.16 UD  pixels
