The above plot tracks the temperatures of both vapor cooled shields (inner vapor cooled shield - IVCS and outer vapor cooled shield - OVCS) and the optics shield during and immediately following the liquid helium fill. The increase in shield temperatures after 17.25 hours corresponds to the end of the helium fill.
