OK, assuming that the field lens has a 0.75" open diameter, and that we 
want
the other openings to form an F/3.5 cone, we get:

Inner snout: 0.750"
Middle snout: 0.947"
Outer snout: 1.143"
Vacuum Window: 1.429"
