OK, Jessie, I think we should go with a value "in the middle", as you suggest.
This way we can get Jeff all the info he needs to get the reservoir submitted
to a shop so we can get started building it.  I have to talk to Jeff anyway
about the cold-plate thickness (i want to cut it to half-inch if he can still
get all the reinforced holes you want) so I'll tell him to leave room for
He-3 pumps of 2.5 inch diameter.
