SPARO DATA ANALYSIS 2003

A. Main Scripts:

For each source, data was taken 9 times continuously within 1 hour.

m is the number of such 9-file sets.

Green part is done by m4deg.m, while yellow is for stokehwp.m and white is for nodallthwp.m

1. m4deg.m

Input : data matrix

Process : degliching (deglich.m); calculating f (rtf1.m)

Output : D1...D6; I1...I6,and their sigmas

2.stokehwp.m

Input : output of m4deg.m and hwp angles.

Output : Q, U, q, u, and their sigmas

3.nodallthwp.m

Input : data matrix, hwp angles

Porcess : grouping data matrix and call m4deg.m, stokeshwp.m; makeing table; and calculating P and phi.

Output : P, phi and their errors in zzzn.mat; table in tabb.dat
